I saw many people sharing their opinions about abortion on social media and I strongly agree that abortion should be legal due to various reasons. I find it ridiculous and disgusting how men get to decide what a women is able to do. It is their bodies and therefore it is their choice. Men don't know what it feels like to be in this position. It is not okay to force women to have kids they don’t want or can’t support. Abortions are still going to happen regardless, all these new laws are doing is taking the right to do it safely and putting their life in danger.

When I heard about this, I felt so overwhelmed because as a child, I always admired her and her music. Demi is such a strong girl and having her go through this breaks my heart. It is not easy to outgrow your addition. Although I am relieved that she is safe and is recovering. I wish her happiness, good health and everything she deserves.

I agree with your last comment on how culture appreciation is about honouring and respecting another's culture and practice. Unfortunately, some people never consider other people's feelings.  People have to realize that culture plays a huge role in our lives and how much it would affect them if someone disrespects it. Cultural costumes are not funny nor a joke. They have deep meanings and values to it. I think that we should think twice before doing something that would affect people.

Colin Kaepernick's intention was to end racial injustice. I completely agree with you when you say that Nike is a great product that will continue to grow and take a kneel to what they believe in is right. Personally, I liked what Kaepernick and Nike did. The ad appeared to be motivational and inspiring. But also there was no point for others to burn their Nike shoes and sneakers. What bothers me the most is that people are hating on him even though he was standing up for what's right despite the fact that he decided to take a knee during the national anthem which people found disrespectful. In other words, Kaepernick did the right thing in taking a stand in what he believed in even if it cost him his career.

My blog described how I found the video very offensive, but it changed my thinking as I read through the views of other people. All these views made me understand the message was intended to encourage young people to vote. I do not think that all teenagers are unaware and do not care to vote. I liked how you explained that the video was meant to show the urgency of the problem, the video is very honest and includes the faults of young people and what they can do to change their situation. Overall, this gave me a better understanding of the ad and what it's intended message is.
